Eric Nolan’s XTREME KICKBOXING WORKOUT is the ultimate full body work out. If you’re looking to tone up, trim down, tighten, stretch or condition this is the class for you. Plus you’ll have a “Butt Kickin’” blast while achieving all of your fitness goals.

Eric Nolan’s XTREME KICKBOXING WORKOUT isn’t an aerobics class. Instead it’s a bag slamming, heart pumping, fat burning work out which is based on the training methods used by the world’s best fighters. So if your tired of being a “COUCH POTATO” get ready to become a Raging XTREME KICKBOXING Animal!

Your class room will feature 30 punching bags, bodacious tunes and one HIGHLY MOTIVATING INSTRUCTOR!   You will be jumping rope, learning combinations on Punching/Kicking Bags, doing calisthenics and medicine ball drills designed to tone your entire body. In nationally published magazines similar workouts have been rated at an 800 to 1200 calorie burn. That is triple an average step aerobics class. Nothing compares to it. Not running, not swimming, not spinning and not Tae Bo.
