Eric Nolan’s Xtreme Kickboxing workout isn’t an aerobics class. We are a serious fitness, kickboxing, mixed martial arts & Muay Thai gym. Instead of the aerobic style kickboxing our class is a bag slamming, heart pumping, fat burning workout which is based on the training methods used by the world’s best fighters. So, if you’re tired of being a “COUCH POTATO” get ready to become a raging Xtreme Kickboxing animal!
Your class room will feature 30 Muay Thai bags, bodacious tunes and one highly motivating instructor! You will be jumping rope, learning Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai & MMA combinations on punching/kicking bags, doing calisthenics and medicine ball drills, kettle bells, squats, bag flips, battle ropes and other assorted TORTUROUS FUN designed to tone your entire body like a professional MMA fighter. In nationally published magazines similar workouts have been rated at an 800 to 1200 calorie burn. That is triple an average step aerobics class. Nothing compares to it. Not running, not swimming, not spinning and not Tae Bo.
